ResQ Manufacturing Production Facility is set up in a linear format, maximizing efficiency and increasing first pass yield.
Continuous In-Process Inspection is performed throughout manufacturing. Errors are kept to a minimum and caught prior to the next step in the process. This minimizes cost impact by eliminating unnecessary rework later in the build, keeping our cost competitive and stable throughout all customer markets.
Customer order status data is available live and can be provided at anytime during the process. Orders can be easily expedited and moved up in queue to meet customer delivery demands. Due to the simplicity and accuracy of the process this is done with little or no cost to the customer requesting the expedite. Quick turn and expedites are the business which drives our success.
100% testing and quality inspection is performed on all assemblies. Computerized testing is utilized to eliminate human error. All test data and test certificates are available upon request. Serialization of product for even more detailed traceability is available upon request. Quality inspection is preformed to the most current IPC/WHMA-A-620 cable and wire harness standards. All quality data is logged and saved for future reference and is available upon request. First pass yield is collected and up to date percentage data is analyzed for continuous improvement.
